We only offer regular product purchases without subscription, pre-order, or trial purchase.

Once an order has been completed in our online shop, it is binding and cannot be canceled or changed. Production or shipping preparation begins immediately after the order is received, which is why subsequent changes are not possible for organizational reasons.

Returns or refunds are only possible in accordance with our current return policy.
