We ship our RIWI building blocks within the European Union with our shipping partner DPD

Here you can find all the details about our shipping options:

Standard shipping with DPD

  • Free shipping within the EU
  • Delivery time 3 - 5 days depending on the destination country (in special cases up to 7 days)
  • Insured shipping up to 500€ value of goods per package.
  • INFO: During the Christmas season (November + December) due to the large number of parcels (and volume) not all parcels can be handed over to DPD every day and small delivery delays may occur .

Premium shipping options

  • Germany and Austria:
    • 2-day premium shipping for 19.95 €
    • Included: Priority Pass
  • Express Processing: (All Countries)
    • Priority Pass for 19.95€
    • We will hand over your order to DPD AT (shipping service provider) by 12:00 (noon) on the same day* .(*weekdays only)
    • You benefit from the fastest possible delivery time.
    • INFO: Particularly useful for the Christmas season (November + December), when we cannot hand over all packages to DPD every day due to the large number of packages (and volume).

    Additional shipping information:

    • We reserve the right to combine ordered set sizes in one package in order to save on transport costs and to ensure quick and joint delivery. (For example: you order 1x 24 + 1x 12 building block set. We will send you a 36 building block set.)
    • We ship some products compressed due to their size. The foam needs up to 48 hours to return to its original size. IMPORTANT: Open the packaging as soon as you receive the goods to ensure that the foam expands quickly.
