First of all, we would like to apologize for the negative experience you had with your RIWI® product. This is not our standard and we would like to make amends as quickly as possible.

In order to exchange the defective item quickly and easily, we offer you our express exchange service :

Please fill out all fields carefully so that we can process and ship your replacement as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Here's how it works:

  1. Use the same email address you used when making the purchase.
  2. Describe which products/parts are broken. (e.g. 2x blue XXL building blocks.)
  3. Upload pictures of the defective products.
  4. Spare parts can only be sent to the original delivery address of the order.
  5. After successful processing you will receive an order confirmation by email.
  6. As soon as the spare parts are shipped, we will inform you by email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking link.

Your RIWI building blocks are squashed after unpacking?

Due to the compressed storage in the packaging, the foam needs time to find its original shape again. Depending on humidity, temperature and storage time, this process can take up to 72 hours.

Usually this is done in less than 20 minutes after unpacking.

If you don't want to wait that long, you can use steam (e.g. from an iron) to speed up this process. -> Here is a video of it
