Terms and Conditions for the Reel Contest
- Who can participate in the contest?
All individuals aged 18 and above can participate in our contest. People who have purchased directly from our online shop are entitled to a refund of the purchase price in the event of a win. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the purchase price to other people or customers who have not purchased directly from our online store.
- How do I participate in the contest?
- Post a video reel on Instagram about the RIWI® building blocks or the RIWI® couch.
- Tag @riwi_buildit in the reel.
- Use the hashtag #RIWIVideoChallenge in the reel description.
- Follow our Instagram account @riwi_buildit.
- When does the contest run?
Our monthly contest starts on the first day of each month and ends on the last day of the month. All reels published during that month will be considered.
Tip: If you want to participate every month, you simply need to post a reel with the specified requirements each month.
- Who is the organizer?
We, RIWI buildit (ARUS Vertriebs GmbH), are the organizers of this contest.
- What can you win?
The winner will receive a refund of the purchase price of their order.
- How is the prize awarded?
The winner will be contacted via a personal message by email and must provide us with the order number. The full purchase price will then be refunded.
- What happens if a winner does not respond?
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn. The previous winner will thereby lose their right to the prize.
- Consent to the use of photos and videos
By participating and posting the reel on Instagram, you grant us, RIWI buildit, the right to further edit, publish, and use your photos and videos for advertising purposes. You also confirm that all persons appearing in the video agree to this.
