In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily give you a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all RIWI® products you have bought directly from us. Here is how it works:

  1. Time frame: 30 days from the day on which you received the last item of your order.
  2. Condition: The goods are sent back to us in their original packaging (the RIWI® shipping boxes).
  3. Register your return: Before shipping, write to support@riwi-buildit.com and include your order number.
  4. Free return shipping: For returns in the original packaging, we send you a free return label.
  5. Money back: As soon as the goods have arrived back with us, we refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs, to the payment method you used – within 14 days at the latest.

No original packaging anymore? You can still return the goods within the 30 days (see the withdrawal instructions below). In this case, you arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. Please register this return with our customer service in advance as well. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free return label in this case.

Individual solutions: Used foam building blocks easily pick up hair and dust and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. If your goods can no longer be used for this reason, or if a return would be disproportionately difficult for you, please talk to our customer service. Together we will find a fair solution, for example a partial refund without sending the goods back.

The guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights. It neither restricts nor replaces your right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights.

Instructions on withdrawal

Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ARUS Vertriebs GmbH, Waldstrasse 11c, 85649 Brunnthal, Germany, email: support@riwi-buildit.com, telephone: +49 89 48929691) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to ARUS Vertriebs GmbH, Hunyadi út 33, 9970 Szentgotthárd, Hungary, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you send the goods back in their original packaging within the withdrawal period, we will bear the cost of the return as part of our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see above).

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Special notes

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been paid to us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or the return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currency or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement, if you have a right of withdrawal for it as well.
