Standard shipping with DPD or UPS

  • Free shipping within the EU
  • Delivery time 3 - 5 days depending on the destination country (up to 7 days in exceptional cases)
  • Insured shipping up to €500 per package.
  • NOTE: During the Christmas season (November + December), due to the high volume of packages, we might not hand over all packages to DPD or UPS every day, which could cause slight delivery delays.

Premium shipping options

  • Germany and Austria:
    • 2-day premium shipping for €19.95
    • Includes: Priority Pass
  • Express processing: (All countries)
    • Priority Pass for €19.95
    • We hand over your order by 12:00 noon on the same day* to DPD AT (shipping service). (*weekdays only)
    • Enjoy the fastest possible delivery time.
    • NOTE: Particularly useful during the Christmas season (November + December), when we cannot hand over all packages to DPD or UPS daily due to high package volume.

Additional shipping information:

  • We reserve the right to combine ordered set sizes into one package to save on shipping costs and ensure fast and consolidated delivery. (For example: You order 1x 24-piece + 1x 12-piece building block set. We send you a 36-piece building block set.)
  • Some products are shipped compressed due to their size. The foam may take up to 48 hours to return to its original size. IMPORTANT: Open the packaging as soon as you receive the goods to ensure the foam expands quickly.
